lake erie smallmouth bass buffalo new york spring time

spring time on the eastern end of lake erie in buffalo ny .can be a great time to have a chance to catch a smallmouth bass of a life time . mid may until late june offers pre and post spawn fishing . most of your bigger females are caught in this time period. live bait (emerald shinners) along with different soft plastic baits will produce nice size lake erie smallmouth . when water temps are holding in summer patterns (july through late october ) that is when most of the bigger smallies are in deeper water (32 to45 ft.) drop shohtting and casting tube baits are the ticket for summer smallmouth . also the mighty niagara river offers great largemouth bass & muskie fishing . let captain tim of
